The disturbance between the bus signals of PCI control card exists on test system of phase change memory,which results in the distortion of the pulse signal used to work on device unit on phase change memory.

相變存儲器測試系統(tǒng)由于PCI控制卡中的總線信號之間的串擾,嚴重影響了施加在器件單元上的波形;以保證對C-RAM(Chalcogenide-Random Access Memory)進行非晶化操作時脈沖信號下降沿的速度和整個信號的完整性,針對以上問題分別從串口與單片機通信控制繼電器和利用PCI控制卡控制繼電器兩個方面提出了解決方案,并進行了相應的硬件電路和軟件設計;結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)非晶化操作時脈沖信號下降速度加快,并且消除了信號的失真;改善后的測試系統(tǒng)對器件一致性的參數(shù)的提取發(fā)揮了重要作用,為芯片的電路設計奠定了基礎。
