食管黏膜延長胃漿肌層包套吻合術(shù)吻合口加覆大網(wǎng)膜的臨床觀察

Objective To investigate the function of compressed Gelation Sponge in anastomosis of dacryocystorhinostomy.

方法40例(44眼)淚囊鼻腔吻合術(shù),先縫合鼻黏膜淚囊后瓣,再將兩片20 mm×60 mm×5 mm的吸水性明膠海綿重疊,3層折疊成20 mm×20 mm×15 mm大小,以皮質(zhì)類固醇及抗生素注射液軟化后,用蚊式血管鉗夾持,直視下填入淚囊鼻腔吻合道內(nèi),然后向明膠海綿內(nèi)注射地塞米松及慶大霉素,待吸水膨脹明膠海綿完全充填吻合口后間斷縫合淚囊鼻黏膜前瓣。
