Body weight,daily food intake,open-field test,black-box test and the index of evisceral pain were investigated during the whole procedur;and detecting the Ulcer index,the contents Cortisol (CORT).

方法:雌性SD大鼠隨機(jī)分組,實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試指標(biāo)有:曠場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)、暗盒實(shí)驗(yàn)、內(nèi)臟疼痛指數(shù)行為學(xué)指標(biāo)變化,動(dòng)物攝食量和體重變化,以及潰瘍指數(shù),血清皮質(zhì)醇含量。
