Based on the investigations on the floor live load and resistance parameters of typical residential buildings,such as the material strength and dimension tolerance of structural members,the present reliability level of residential buildings is studied,and the structural reliability as the result of altering the value of floor live load and increasing load when the room is deco.

在對典型鋼筋混凝土住宅結構樓面活荷載以及結構構件材料強度、幾何參數(shù)等抗力參數(shù)調(diào)查的基礎上,系統(tǒng)地研究了當前住宅結構的可靠性水平,分析了樓面活荷載取值標準對住宅結構可靠度的影響以及裝修增加荷載對樓板可靠度的影響,得出了住宅結構鋼筋混凝土受彎構件可靠度降低的主要原因。

荷載的統(tǒng)計分析是研究住宅結構可靠度的重要基礎,對西安和包頭地區(qū)多層和中高層典型住宅的105個住戶、469間房屋的樓面活荷載進行了系統(tǒng)的調(diào)查,利用進深板帶面積平均荷載法和室面積平均荷載法將其等效為樓面均布荷載;應用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計方法,研究了典型住宅結構持久性樓面活荷載和臨時性樓面活荷載的統(tǒng)計參數(shù)和概率分布;給出了設計基準期50 a和100 a時住宅結構樓面活荷載標準值的建議取值,并與現(xiàn)行荷載規(guī)范進行了比較分析。
