By making a comparative study on the forms of testamentary dispositions between the four law systems,we find that the legislations between the four law systems are obviously different in terms of classification of testament,procedure of witness for testament and quality of witness for testament.

通過對我國四法域遺囑方式規(guī)范的比較可以發(fā)現(xiàn),四法域立法在遺囑形式分類、遺囑見證程序及見證人資格等方面差異明顯,在其他遺囑方式事項上也各有特色。
